Returns

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at hello@zarya.uk immediately or within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You may use the same box or packaging bag it came with.

Your order or invoice number, both of which provided in your order confirmation e-mail will be required to initiate the return process.

We will be in touch with you to process the refund. Once we have done so, items must be sent back to the return address on the packing slip within 14 days. Please ensure that your items are packaged securely and that the return address is clear and visible on the parcel.

  • If you are returning any items due to a change of mind or your own error, you are responsible for the return costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can not take any responsibility for lost parcels. Please also note that we are unable to issue a refund for the delivery fees.
  • If your order contains any errors from our end or if the item is faulty, please contact us at hello@zarya.uk and we will happily resolve the issue. This is subject to approval of your claim. Please include photographs of the fault or error for us to efficiently determine and resolve the issue. In such case, we will arrange a returns label for you upon approval.

Items sent back to us more than 14 days after you have received return details will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at hello@zarya.uk. We will not exchange items for a different style or size. Please refer to our size chart to purchase the correct size.

Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All refunds will be issued within 3 working days after receiving your returned goods. Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the refunded sum to reach your account, depending on the payment method used.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
